The hotel room was perfect for me, especially with arthritis, as the handicap room with a sit-down shower was wonderful. Being on the 1st floor near an exit for our dogs was convenient. However, the odd-moving mattress and barely working hot tub jets were drawbacks. Additionally, the enclosed pool area had noisy kids, and the location lacked good restaurant options.

My stay at the hotel was exceptional! The rooms were not only very comfortable and incredibly clean but also very spacious, providing a relaxing retreat away from the noise of the elevators. I loved the added touch of having a room service menu from a local place, allowing me to enjoy delicious lunches and dinners in the comfort of my own room.
